Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@thesmallbatchlabel.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted based on product availability. If the requested size or color is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Store Credit
Approved returns will be issued as store credit for the value of the returned item(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Store credit will be issued electronically and may be applied toward any future purchase at THE SMALL BATCH LABEL.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Upon review, we may provide a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund to the original payment method.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
